Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

General Policy

At Bhavani Perfumes, we strive to provide the best shopping experience. Because our products consist of perfumes and personal care items, opened or used products cannot be reused or resold; therefore, items cannot be returned once delivered.

Our products contain active natural extracts and ingredients. We advise all customers to perform a patch test before regular use. Damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or personal sensitivities are not covered under this policy.

Refund Policy

We are not responsible for damages occurring after the successful delivery of products.

Mandatory Unboxing Video: An unboxing video, starting from the sealed package, is mandatory for all claims regarding missing items, leakage, breakage, or incorrect products.

Reporting Timeframe: Claims for refunds must be initiated within 24 hours of order delivery. If an order is marked as "delivered" but not received, please contact us within 3 days of that status update. No claims will be accepted after these periods.

Damaged/Tampered Shipments: If a package appears tampered or damaged upon arrival, we kindly request that you refuse to accept the delivery from the courier partner on the spot.

Claim Process: To initiate a claim, please contact our customer care at 9998734264 or email bhavaniperfumes@gmail.com with the subject line: “Refund For [Order ID]”. Please include all necessary images and the mandatory unboxing video.

Refund Processing:

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Once a refund is approved, it may take up to 15 days to be credited to your account.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the bank account provided by the customer within 4–7 working days of acceptance.

We will provide transaction details and screenshots once the refund is initiated.

Return Policy

In extreme cases of damage caused during transit (leakage, breakage, or missing items), a refund or exchange may be initiated following a thorough verification of your claim.

Deductions: If a return is initiated for reasons other than transit damage, a 2.5% payment gateway charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Shipping: For returned orders, 50% of the return delivery cost will be borne by the customer, and 50% will be borne by Bhavani Perfumes. The customer's share will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Cancellation Policy

Pre-Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. A 2.5% payment gateway charge will be deducted for all cancelled orders.

Refund of Paid Orders: For prepaid cancellations, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 15 days of approval.

Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If a shipped prepaid order is returned to us, the return delivery cost will be shared equally (50% customer / 50% Bhavani Perfumes). The customer's 50% share, along with the 2.5% gateway charge, will be deducted from the refund.
